We provide the following child care
programs:
Our infant program is divided into two classrooms: the Infant Room and the
Tot Room.
The Infant Room cares
for children six weeks to walking, approximately 1 year old. Infants sleeping and eating patterns are attended to on
an individual basis. Age appropriate toys and developmental stimulation are provided in a warm nurturing environment.
The Tot Room cares for walking aged infants who are developmentally
ready for age appropriate activities such as; finger games, art and music experiences, gross motor development, feeding independence,
development of verbal and social skills, as well as quiet nurturing times.
The Toddler
Room cares for children that are two years of age with basic verbal and social skills. They are provided with
a classroom environment with areas for art, dramatic play, blocks, manipulatives and quiet time. Toilet training
is worked on cooperatively with the parents when each child is ready.
The Pre-school
age children are divided into two groups: the Nursery Room for 3-4 year olds and the Pre-k Room for 4-5 year olds.
The Nursery Room cares for children approximately 3 years of age who
are toilet trained. Activities are designed to increase attention span, develop listening skills and encourage positive
socialization. Music, art, science, cooking and other experiences will enhance each child's individual growth.
The Pre-k Room cares for children who are preparing to enter kindergarten. They will experience
activities designed for cognitive, emotional, physical and social growth. A reading-writing readiness program will be
implemented. Learning areas for free play and creative expression are incorporated into the daily routine.
