    • What are the hours of operation?  The center is open from 7:00 am to 6:30pm.
    • Is there a set number of hours that I can bring my child?  You can drop-off and pick-up your child anytime during our operating hours. 
    • Do you provide meals?  Yes, we provide breakfast,  lunch and afternoon snack. 
    • When is tuition due?  Tuition is paid twice a month on the 1st and 16th.
    • Do you require a security deposit?  We require two weeks security.  Your child's security will be refunded upon departure provided we are given proper notice.
    • How many teachers are there in each classroom?  All classrooms have one lead teacher and at least two assistants depending on the age and number of children.  We maintain low teacher/child ratios in all classes.
    • What type of training/education do the teachers have?  Our teachers generally have college level educations or a CDA.  We provide a minimum of 30 hours of training for all center staff every two years; which includes First Aid and CPR, child abuse prevention, curriculum development, parent communication and many other areas.
    • Do you administer medication to the children when necessary?  Yes, we  administer medication provided we have the required documentation.  Some of our staff has  taken the Medication Administration Training  (MAT) that is required by New York State in order to administer medication.
    • Do you close for inclement weather?  We may close due to weather, but we make that decision based on the specific day.
